Dang. When I got to Concord, I noticed the damage tuning seemed off to me. 0 license. Every time I then launch the game through MO2 whether I use the normal or CC profile the game will briefly boot up into the main menu where you're seeing the menu options and then suddenly crash out. You can specify this directory by manually editing your config file. I've taken a look in the Mod Config menu and other menus in game but there is nothing i can see bound to F10. The issue primarily revolves around frequent crashes that disrupt my gaming experience. I thought I would share my result in case it helps someone.
